About This Role
Work directly with the Founders across strategy, operations, and execution. You will own meaningful work from day one, the kind that shapes decisions, not just supports them. This role grows with you and with the company.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Turn the Founder's decisions and priorities into action, coordinate across teams, track progress, and close loops without being chased
- Produce crisp, well researched briefs on markets, competitors, partners, or any question the Founders need answered quickly
- Draft investor updates, internal memos, pitch decks, and partner facing documents with minimal hand holding
- Own the Founder's calendar, schedule, prepare context for, and follow through on every meeting
- Run operational projects, vendor coordination, process setup, hiring logistics, and anything else the business needs to nail at this stage
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports that keep the team informed and aligned
- Take on ad hoc projects across any function, no task is too big or too small
Preferred Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline, engineering, commerce, humanities, or management
- 1–2 years of full-time professional experience in any structured work setting
- Excellent written English can draft a clear email, a crisp brief, or a clean slide deck independently
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office, especially Sheets and Slides
- Reliable and self-driven, takes ownership and follows through without reminders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context switching across tasks and functions
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience at a startup, agency, or in a business operations / coordinator role
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Linear, or any CRM / project management software
- Basic comfort with data, can read a report, build a pivot table, and flag what matters
- Has shown initiative outside a job description, led a club, fixed a broken process, built something
- Genuine interest in entrepreneurship and how companies are built
