With more than a decade of experience across Australia and India, Shipra has led people management, organizational development, and operational transformation for companies across diverse industries. Armed with an MBA in Healthcare & Hospital Management and a strong foundation in behavioral psychology, she blends human insight with business strategy helping teams perform better, communicate effectively, and work with purpose.
